Planning application was made for this redevelopment of two industrial buildings into a single one with 22 storeys of workshops and basement carpark, with a Gross Floor Area of about 17,550 sq.m., on Fui Yiu Kok Street, Tsuen Wan.

The sweeping green wall and shopfronts along the widened pavement morph into a welcoming entrance, gently guiding visitors to the spacious main lobby on the floor above, where they may marvel at more landscaping before taking a lift to their destination.

Section 16 planning application for minor relaxation of plot ratio by 20% (application no. A/TW/521) was approved in May 2021.
