Having practised architecture in the private sector for over 20 years, Franklin Yu has ample experience and expertise in complex, large-scale and multiple-phased projects, including religious and cultural, leisure and municipal, and research and education buildings, offices, hotels, shopping arcades, and residential buildings. His specialty includes concept and detail design, statutory compliance, and project management.
Passionate in community affairs regarding the built environment, Mr. Yu has contributed in various Government and professional bodies. He is currently a Member of the Town Planning Board, a Member of the Land and Development Advisory Committee, and Vice President of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects.

Having studied in Europe and Australia, Tina Yip has a broad vision and an enlightened design touch. Her work experience has strengthened her aspiration in being an arts and architecture practitioner, whose works are practical, aesthetic, and most importantly embracing a human-centric approach. She also continues to volunteer the Community Housing Movement project and has deep thoughts on how valuable Architects’ insights can enhance quality of life and generate social cohesion. Caring for the community, she aims at contributing her knowledge and expertise to the betterment of Hong Kong.
